Join us to play a critical role in shaping the future of responsible cannabis cultivation! Job Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Journeyman Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize the climate control systems that are vital to our indoor cultivation operations. Install new HVAC equipment or upgrade existing systems to improve energy efficiency, air filtration (HEPA/UV-C), and climate precision for vegetative and flowering stages. Collaborate with facility managers and crop specialists to adjust HVAC settings in response to plant health needs (e.g., reducing humidity during mold risk periods or increasing CO₂ for faster growth). Monitor and document system performance, maintenance logs, and compliance with Cal/OSHA, California Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC), and CDFA regulations. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout, proper handling of refrigerants, PPE use) to protect team members and crop assets. Assist with facility expansions or retrofits to support scaling cultivation operations.Qualifications & RequirementsMust-Haves:
