Installation Technician Job Description Join our team as an Installation Technician, where you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. You'll diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, clean and adjust systems, and perform warranty services. Additionally, you'll provide technical direction and on-the-job training to others. 1st shift - $23 - $26/hr Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identify electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. Clean, adjust, and repair systems and perform warranty services. Provide technical direction and on-the-job training. Interact with customers and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Skills Installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults. System cleaning and adjustment. Proficient in using hand tools. Good customer service skills. Safety awareness and teamwork ability. Additional Skills & Qualifications Clean DMV record. Self-motivation and ability to work as a team player. Comfortable with heavy travel from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Work Environment Work in industrial, commercial, restaurant, and casino buildings installing and servicing air cleaning systems. This role focuses on the ventilation part of HVAC. Overnight Service Technicians work a 4/10 schedule, starting on Sunday night, and covering shifts between 6pm to 6am. You'll be traveling in company vehicles, without the need to drive them yourself, and working in various locations including airports, casinos, and distribution centers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
