This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with steady daily dispatched service calls. Requirements Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience Residential HVAC diagnostics and repair Air conditioning repair Heating system repair Heat pump troubleshooting Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service Valid driver's license Own reliable vehicle Own professional HVAC tools Smartphone with internet access Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications EPA Certification Mini Split experience Furnace repair Heat Pump experience Light commercial HVAC experience What We Offer Daily dispatched service calls No need to find your own customers Weekly payments Flexible schedule High earning potential Full dispatcher support Steady year-round work Growth opportunities Important Applicants must have: Own vehicle Valid driver's license Professional HVAC tools Previous HVAC field experience We are not hiring apprentices or entry-level technicians.
