If you're a strong technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems, solving problems, and delivering a great customer experience, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the home services industry. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems on service calls Communicate clearly with homeowners on issues, solutions, and recommendations Run approximately 3 service calls per day based on routing and geography Use ServiceTitan for job management, notes, and invoicing Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services when appropriate Confidently offer solutions and close work on-site when appropriate Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call Work closely with dispatch and internal teams to stay on schedule What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with ServiceTitan (strongly preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to interact with homeowners Clean driving record and background Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Schedule Monday - Friday Rotating Saturdays (scheduled in advance) No on-call schedule — you will know the schedule in advance Compensation Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives Hourly vs. commission structure (whichever is greater) Compensation is based on experience and performance Strong earning potential for high-performing technicians Benefits 401(k) Competitive benefits package Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options Growth and advancement opportunities Work Location Serving customers across Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and surrounding areas About Marathon Plumbing, Heating & Air Marathon Plumbing, Heating & Air is part of the ResiXperts platform , one of the fastest-growing residential HVAC and plumbing platforms in the United States.
