Full Job Description Job Overview:

Central Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a field-based position, with daily travel to residential job sites throughout the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Install HVAC components and systems as needed Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, costs, and timelines Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of residential HVAC service experience required EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions

Work Environment:

This is a mobile, field-based role. Technicians will report to our Tulare office as needed but will spend most of their time traveling to residential job sites within the service area.
