Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician with water heater installation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude are a must. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Provide accurate explanations of issues and solutions to customers Complete required paperwork, job reports, and recommendations Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Deliver excellent customer service on every job Experience with installing water heaters Perform other duties as assigned (all duties are not listed) Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (preferred) EPA 608 Certification required Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, roofs, and crawl spaces Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
