What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on their system's needs. Lead and mentor technicians, sharing your expertise to strengthen the team. Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and ensure all work meets company standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the office team. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 1 year of hands-on HVAC service experience or apprentice certificate. ✅ EPA certification. ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills. ✅ Ability to work independently. ✅ A valid driver's license with a clean record.
