On the road Overview We are currently looking for experienced HVAC Repair Technicians to join our network as independent 1099 partners . This is not a traditional job — it's a business partnership opportunity designed for technicians who want to increase their income, receive consistent job flow, and operate independently . We handle marketing, customer acquisition, and dispatching — you focus on the work and maximizing your earnings.
