As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on constantly adapting and innovating to serve our customers the best way we know how and as of now, have grown to service and support residential, commercial and industrial spaces and businesses across California. What's Expected in this
Position:
Drive safely and courteously to customer's service locations, ensuring your vehicle is kept well-maintained and in good condition Respond to work assignments and tasks as directed by the management dispatch team. Maintain a professional image by representing the company at all times while in uniform and company vehicles, putting our best foot forward to uphold our reputation. Consult with our valued customers on their specific HVAC needs and provide superior solutions that fit their individual needs. Foster lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Inspect, install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Maintain an organized truck with inventory and sales materials. Organize and submit service and sales reports on a weekly basis. Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, or check transactions.
Who You Are and What You Bring:
Prior experience working with residential, commercial or industrial HVAC/R or electrical mechanics Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate eagerness to embrace the role as a student of the trade, displaying a commitment to continuous learning and skill development. Strong technical proficiency to diagnose and address garage door issues effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in handling and utilizing hand tools, showcasing a mechanical mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism at all times. Proficient communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to lift over 75 pounds regularly to handle HVAC equipment and parts. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Fully outfitted company vehicle provided with gas costs reimbursed by company) Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Securing full time employment is contingent upon the completion of paid training
