In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC and related systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep buildings comfortable, safe, and efficient while supporting property maintenance and appliance repair needs across diverse environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced field service setting with plenty of room for growth. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Install new HVAC systems following design specifications and industry standards, ensuring proper integration with plumbing and mechanical components. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic devices to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Conduct field service visits to client sites for appliance repairs, property maintenance, and system upgrades. Read and interpret HVAC design plans and schematics accurately to guide installation or repair work. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs to document work performed and parts used. Proven experience as a service technician with knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance. Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and equipment repair techniques. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform welding or other mechanical repairs confidently. Experience working in construction or property maintenance environments is highly desirable. Valid driver's license.
