We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, and ductwork. Replace existing HVAC equipment and perform system upgrades. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation plans. Perform equipment startup, testing, and system commissioning. Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards. Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members. Complete required job documentation and reports. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems. EPA Certification preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
