EPA Certification Full Job Description Job Summary:
Ducts Unlimited is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Lead Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while leading field technicians and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions. Supervise and mentor junior technicians in the field. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes. Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Coordinate with management on project timelines and materials.
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting. EPA Certification (required). Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
