Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable AC Installer Helper / Parts Runner to support our installation team in the field. This role involves assisting with air conditioning system installations, retrieving and delivering parts, and ensuring smooth daily operations on job sites. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with AC and HVAC installations Help load and unload equipment, tools, and materials Pick up and deliver parts from supply houses to job sites Keep job sites clean and organized Help with basic installation tasks under supervision Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner Follow instructions from lead installers, managers, and dispatch Communicate professionally with coworkers, suppliers, builders, and customers Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Prior construction experience or familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be 21 years old Mechanical knowledge or experience with plumbing, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration, or building automation systems is advantageous Basic understanding of schematics and HVAC design concepts is helpful but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork Willingness to receive training on equipment repair, welding, boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration, or other specialized skills
