POSITION SUMMARY DEMA
Services is seeking motivated and experienced HVAC professionals to join our growing Commercial HVAC team. We are hiring at all experience levels, from Apprentices entering the trade to Experienced Installers, Lead Installers, and Foremen, with extensive commercial construction experience. This position supports a variety of commercial construction projects including office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, retail centers, warehouses, hospitality projects, manufacturing facilities, and mixed-use developments throughout Colorado. Team members will install, maintain, and oversee HVAC systems while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, project schedules, and customer expectations are met. Now Hiring Across Colorado! & RESPONSIBILITIESApprentice & HVAC Installers Assist with installation of commercial HVAC systems on new construction projects. Learn and perform equipment setting, ductwork installation, piping installation, startup preparation, and system commissioning support. Install ductwork, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, exhaust fans, make-up air units, VRF systems, and associated HVAC components. Assist with installation of refrigerant piping, condensate systems, and controls components. Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals and foremen to develop trade skills. Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and project support activities. Lead Installers, Foremen & HVAC Superintendents Lead and supervise HVAC crews on commercial construction projects. Coordinate daily operations with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and subcontractors. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, mechanical plans, shop drawings, and construction documents. Oversee installation of duct systems, rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, exhaust systems, controls, and specialty HVAC equipment. Manage manpower, production schedules, and project milestones. Train and mentor apprentices and field personnel. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and national mechanical codes. Order and track materials, tools, and equipment. Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Enforce all company safety standards and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in commercial HVAC construction preferred. Experience with new construction HVAC installations preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Experience installing ductwork, rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, controls, and related HVAC equipment preferred. Experience working for a commercial HVAC contractor preferred. Leadership experience preferred for Lead Installer, and Foreman-level positions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.EDUCATION & LICENSING
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Trade School or HVAC Certification preferred. EPA Universal Certification preferred. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Journeyman Mechanical License or equivalent experience is a plus. We welcome candidates at all stages of their HVAC careers.COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and digital applications. Microsoft Outlook and email communication experience preferred. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, or similar construction software is a plus for leadership roles.
