However, we are open to candidates with solid commercial HVACR expertise even if they lack hot-side experience. Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or appliance repair 2+ years of leadership or mentoring experience EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean record Core Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment Lead service calls and support junior technicians Maintain service documentation and inventory Handle customer communication and escalations Screening Questions (Must Ask) Do you have an active EPA Certification ? How many years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration or appliance repair experience do you have? Have you previously led or mentored technicians in a field service environment? Are you comfortable working on-call and handling field-based service work with a company vehicle ?
