Full Job Description Location:
Edwards, CO Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Foreman/Technician to oversee a new construction project in the Edwards, CO area. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews on new construction projects. Perform hands-on installation and service work as needed. Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, builders, and team members. Manage project timelines and assist in problem-solving to maintain schedules.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HVAC installation and service. Proven leadership or foreman experience required Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
