With a strong project backlog and steady demand, we're hiring a Sheet Metal Installer to join our field team. What You'll Be Doing Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems efficiently and safely Work collaboratively with superintendents and field crews to meet project schedules Communicate job progress, needs, and issues clearly to site leadership Maintain quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed Valid driver's license with a good driving record Own basic hand tools required for the trade Reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset Positive attitude and pride in your work Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime or weekends as needed Why Join Nielsen Mechanical Steady pipeline of work in the Denver market Supportive field leadership and team-oriented culture Safety-driven organization with professional standards Opportunity for long-term growth—not just another job $28-$38 per hour, depending on experience Consistent, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
