Job Opening - HVAC Lead Installer We currently have an open position for a HVAC Lead Installer to help us better serve our customers. We are looking for a skilled individual with HVAC Install experience that can leverage their knowledge and experience to lead a team of installers. The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing the installation of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while ensuring exceptional workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position leads installation crews, coordinates project execution, trains and mentors installers, and ensures all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements. The HVAC Lead Installer serves as a key field representative of the company and is expected to maintain professionalism, efficiency, and quality on every job. Job Duties and Responsibilities Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation. Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve technical issues in the field. Assist with training and developing installers and apprentices to advance. Delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow throughout the installation process. Properly connect equipment (electrical hook-ups, gas lines, and venting). Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements. Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to the company work vehicle. The installer has complete responsibility for the vehicle. Perform all work to industry standards and maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times. Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, sales, and management teams to ensure projects are properly scheduled and equipped. Verify all required materials and equipment are available before beginning installation. Manage installation timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates. Present ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Job Requirements 5+ years of residential HVAC Installation experience Proven leadership experience supervising installation crews Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical components. Ability to read blueprints, installation specifications, and technical manuals. Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skill Strong work ethic and self motivated Valid drivers license and clean driving record EPA Certification NATE preferred but not required Ability to utilize computer, smart phone and/or iPad for interaction with sales system. Service Titan Experience a plus!
