Job Description
Tri-Town Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on field experience. This position is for a technician who can confidently run a service truck independently and handle multiple residential service calls per day. We are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in quality workmanship. The ideal candidate must be able to diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems without supervision. Strong troubleshooting ability, clear communication with customers, and accurate job documentation are required. This role typically runs 4-6+ calls per day, so strong time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Rotating weekends and Monday through Friday availability is required. This position also requires constant communication via text, calling, and the appointment calendar. •Salary will be determined before hire date.
