The HVAC Service Technician will:
Diagnose, repair and replace a variety of HVAC systems and components Complete installation of new units when necessary Develop an appropriate preventative maintenance schedule for all HVAC system equipment and perform maintenance accordingly Work with the Maintenance Team at each club location to ensure HVAC systems are operating properly and remain in good repair at all times Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Ensure available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts through approved company channels
Qualified Candidates:
Have the required state and local HVAC Technician licenses Have an EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery certificate Have a minimum 3 years professional experience appropriate to the position Are committed to engaging with fellow team members at the highest level with regards to effective and timely communication, problem solving and conflict resolution, performance coaching and development. Choose to be coachable, adaptable, independently productive, and eager to accept new challenges that require the development new and different skills. Have reliable transportation & the ability to be placed "on call" Position Reports to: Regional Manager
