This role is a strong mix of technical skill and customer interaction; you'll be the expert homeowners trust to keep their systems running and their homes comfortable. We serve homeowners across the Denver Metro and have built our reputation on doing things the right way: high-quality work, honest recommendations, and exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating & cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and mechanical issues Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners Complete accurate job notes, estimates, and documentation Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call Requirements 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Let us prove to you why Mighty Pine should be the next and final stop in your career!
