Job Responsibilities Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation. Support the lead installer with job site tasks, material handling, system setup, and overall workflow. Help read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job scopes to ensure proper equipment placement and installation. Assist in completing work according to local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. Learn from and take direction from lead installers to build technical skills and industry knowledge. Help maintain accurate job documentation and assist with system start-up, testing, and basic commissioning tasks. Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed and help ensure a positive customer experience. Load, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each job. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times. Report installation issues, missing materials, or job site delays to the lead installer or Install Manager. Represent the company professionally on every job site with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Perform other job duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. EPA certification (Type II or Universal). Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions. Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
