Job Description
Looking for more than just another HVAC job? Salzano Services is seeking an experienced HVAC professional who can diagnose, service, install, and provide estimates for residential HVAC systems. This is an opportunity for a motivated technician who enjoys working directly with homeowners, identifying solutions, and helping customers make informed decisions regarding repairs, replacements, and system upgrades. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the HVAC division and help us continue to grow our reputation throughout the Denver Metro area. Compensation & Benefits ✔ $38-$57 per hour DOE ✔ Performance and sales bonus opportunities ✔ Company vehicle ✔ Paid holidays ✔ Paid vacation ✔ Paid birthday off ✔ Health, Dental & Vision Insurance ✔ 401(k) ✔ Ongoing training and advancement opportunities ✔ Year-round work Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance and tune-ups Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment Meet with homeowners and provide professional recommendations Prepare and present repair, replacement, and installation estimates Sell HVAC solutions based on customer needs Maintain accurate job notes and documentation Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and communication Requirements Colorado Mechanical License Required Strong experience in residential HVAC service and installation Proven ability to provide estimates and close sales Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Why Join Salzano Services?
