Experienced HVAC Service Technician - Fix-It 24/7 Golden, Colorado 1-2 Years of experience $80,000-$250,000 a year! About Us Fix-It 24/7 has been Colorado's trusted home service company since 2013. What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Service Tech at Fix-It 24/7, you'll be the hero homeowners count on to keep their systems running safely and efficiently. Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems in residential homes Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, A/C units, and more Communicate solutions clearly with homeowners & recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency Deliver legendary customer service every call, every time Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of techs
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification required Valid driver's license & clean driving record Ability to pass background & drug screening Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills Sales/upselling experience a plus
