Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Lemons Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled, customer- focused HVAC Service Technician to join our Service Team. We are an individually owned that thrives on providing great customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing service, repair for both residential and commercial. The candidate will leave from home or our home office each day and travel from site to site maintaining and repairing equipment, making sure the overall needs of each customer are met, and representing our company in a professional and experienced manner. As a Service Technician, you will be expected to explain services/repairs to the customers in a way they will understand. This requires a high level of customer service skill. The technician will be consistent in meeting or exceeding the goals and appointments set forth by management, maintaining paperwork and daily time sheets in a professional manner.
Pay Range:
$16-$40 an hour depending on experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Service and repair a variety of HVAC equipment in both residential and commercial settings. Need to be able to diagnose customer concerns, complete planned maintenances (clean unit, check voltages and adjust system as needed) Complete warranty repairs as well as complete the necessary warranty paperwork. Communicate with customers to help them understand the findings and the work completed while ensuring customer satisfaction.
HVAC system and equipment knowledge:
Standard Residential Heating & Cooling Systems Geothermal Ductless Mini Splits Boilers RTU's (Rooftop Units) Commercial Split Systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be qualified for this position, you must have the following: Minimum 1 year of HVAC Field Experience Must have knowledge of Residential & Commercial Air-Conditioning, Heating, & Rooftop Exhaust Systems. Must have knowledge of Service & Maintenance of various Commercial Equipment HVAC systems Must have your own hand tools. Major Tools Provided Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude. Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Must have a cellphone capable of downloading our service app & the ability to use said app daily for scheduling Ability to work weekend and emergency calls as needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
would be: EPA certified NATE certified 5+ years of experience
