HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• Perform routine cleaning and filter replacement
• Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to repair appliances and perform field service work
• Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
