We're looking for someone who values honesty, professionalism, and earning based on performance. This position is ideal for a technician who wants to be rewarded for skill and effort. If you can accurately diagnose systems, communicate at a high level, and consistently do what's right for customers, we'll provide the support and opportunity for you to build a six-figure career.
Pay:
Commission based. Top performers can earn well into six figures. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment Present repair and replacement options to customers with honesty and professionalism Perform quality installations and repairs Maintain excellent communication with customers and coworkers Accurately document work performed Represent the company with integrity Experience Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment Present repair and replacement options to customers with honesty and professionalism Perform quality installations and repairs Maintain excellent communication with customers and coworkers Accurately document work performed Represent the company with integrity Valid driver's license (including driver if applicable) with a clean driving record; ability to operate service vehicles safely at all times.
