Balanced Compensation Structure:

Great Work-Life Balance:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We run a structured, rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends so you can plan your personal time while still being available for rewarding emergency service calls.

Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork).
Consultative Estimating:
Perform thorough system evaluations to ensure safety and efficiency, presenting customers with clear, transparent optionsranging from dependable repairs to modern system upgrades.
Quality Workmanship:
Install and service heating and cooling components according to local codes and company standards, ensuring a clean and professional job site.
Customer Representation:
Deliver professional, courteous service, ensuring detailed invoicing and clear, honest communication throughout every call.
On-Call Availability:
Participate in a fair, rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergency service requests and support our customers when they need us most.
Position Requirements Experience:
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service and repair.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical HVAC issues clearly, offer practical options, and build trusted relationships with customers on-site.
Credentials:
Valid drivers license (required) and EPA Universal Certification. Knowledge of local codes and mechanical standards is required.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
Competitive base hourly wage + cash incentives commensurate with experience, licensure, and skill level.

$28/hr - $38/hr Experience and License Requirements Driver's License (Clean driving record) Residential air conditioning and heating (optional)

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
