- Ensure that safety and environmental requirements are met and followed.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of buildings.
- Perform regular maintenance of property.
- Ordinary janitorial duties.
- Assists with improvement and change in buildings and property.
- Operation of heavy equipment and vehicles.
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associates degree in buildings preferred, or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Apprenticeship or at least 3 years verifiable experience.
- Ability to take charge and direct contractors to achieve quality service
- Certified to work on HVAC systems
- Experience Working with BMS Systems
- Electrical experience & knowledge up to 480V
- Ability to Weld and Fabricate preferred
- Knowledge of Boilers and Boiler Systems Preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience from similar job
- Strong Natural Ability to Work in Teams and Independently
- High Degree of Adaptability & Flexibility
- Strong Desire to Learn New Skills & Knowledge
