If you have 2+ years of recent installation experience, we'd love to talk with you. X3 is hiring for projects in Thorton and the surrounding areas. This is a long term opportunity with consistent work for installers who take pride in quality and reliability. This is a local-hire project. No relocation, travel pay, or per diem is offered. What you'll do: Fabricate, hang, and Install ductwork Install a variety of HVAC systems including air handling units, rooftop units (RTU's), split systems, etc. Perform soldering and brazing tasks as needed for system installation Reading blueprints and schematics Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure smooth project execution Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned
