Located steps from Vail Village, Golden Peak ski area, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, and the Ford Amphitheater, Manor Vail Lodge is the complete package for Vail lodging. The HVAC Mechanical Technician maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Maintains HVAC, Mechanical and IAQ systems in both residences and commercial areas.Benefits available:

Looking to fill the position by 6/1/2026 or until filled. Job duties include but not limited to: Receives written work orders or oral instructions from supervisor. Returns work orders with detail of project, materials used and date/time of completion. Paints interior and exterior walls and trim. Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks. Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Maintains and repairs Boilers, chillers, HVAC, humidifiers, AC, air filtration and associated components. Able to drive a company vehicle if needed. Work in a cooperative work environment, which focuses on trusting relationships, ethics, dignity, maximum productivity and team member morale.Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of general HVAC or mechanical preventative, repair or installation experience.Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, construction documents and plans and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizatioMath Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills:
Ability to navigate and fill excel and word documents. Daily email use, boiler, HVAC and temperature control apps and programs.Certificates and Licenses:
