We need hungry technicians who can maintain equipment, uncover problems, and close solutions. If you know how to turn an A/C or Furnace tune-up into a repair or a replacement, this is the place where you write your own paycheck. What You'll Do Run maintenance and service calls daily. Diagnose systems, educate homeowners, and present clear options. Sell and perform repairs Sell and close equipment replacements Deliver clean, professional installs alongside our install team. Push yourself to beat your own numbers each week. How You Get Paid Earnings are uncapped. Average techs earn ~$80k. Strong closers make $100k-$175k. Top performers push $200k+. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or similar field service role Strong knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC/R systems Proficient in using test equipment (ohmmeter, gauges) and performing routine maintenance Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and time-management skills Valid driver's license; willing to travel/drive a van as needed Physical ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
