provide a better installation at a better price. If you're tired of rushing jobs or cleaning up someone else's mistakes, we'd like to talk. Compensation $30/hour for the first few weeks, then piece-rate Company vehicle (for qualified candidates) Paid training and manufacturer certifications Opportunity for leadership as the company grows What you'll do Lead residential HVAC replacement projects from start to finishInstall:
Furnaces Heat pumps Air conditioners Evaporator coils Air handlers IAQ accessories Fabricate and modify sheet metal as needed Pull proper vacuum and commission equipment Verify airflow and system operation Complete installation documentation and photos Train and mentor apprentices Leave every job cleaner than you found it What we're looking for Required 5+ years residential HVAC installation experience Experience leading install crews EPA Certification Valid driver's license with good record Ability to lift 100+ pounds Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams Preferred NATE Certification Heat pump installation experience Manual J/duct design knowledge Sheet metal fabrication experience The type of person who succeeds here Shows up early Doesn't cut corners Takes pride in craftsmanship Treats customers respectfully Can solve problems without constant supervision Can teach apprentices instead of yelling at them Not a fit if you: Think "good enough" is good enough Leave messy jobsites Blame everyone else for mistakes Need someone watching you all day Sell customers unnecessary equipment Why join us?
