About This Role:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be the go-to expert in the field — managing the installation process, mentoring Install Helpers, and ensuring each job meets Blue Valley's high standards. You'll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience while ensuring quality and code compliance. Why Join Us? What You'll Do:

Lead full HVAC system installations (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless, etc.) Supervise and train Install Helpers on proper techniques and safety practices Ensure all installations are code-compliant and meet manufacturer specs Manage job timelines, communication, and closeout documentation Collaborate with the Install Coordinator and Project Manager for scheduling and job planning Provide excellent communication and service to customers onsite

Must Haves:

3+ years of HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, electrical work, refrigerant handling, and system design EPA Certification required; NATE or equivalent preferred Leadership skills and a passion for teaching others Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements. To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls; hear, and talk. Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces. The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required. The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work

• employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons. The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100K
• 150K/annually. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
