Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance on residential HVAC units. Build rapport with customers and demonstrate professionalism in every interaction. Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment. Gain product knowledge to educate customers on options for their HVAC units. Promote and renew maintenance agreements.

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years experience and ready to test or 2 year apprentice license completed. EPA Universal Certification. Passionate about the HVAC industry and eager to grow into an HVAC Service Technician. Owns a complete set of tools and knows how to use them. Demonstrates humility and a client-first mindset, even when challenges arise. Must be mechanically inclined, dependable and punctual.
