is looking for a motivated HVAC Helper to join our growing team. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn the HVAC trade. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in heating and air conditioning. You will assist lead installers and service technicians with: Installing HVAC equipment Carrying materials and tools Running line sets and ductwork Cleaning and preparing job sites Basic electrical and mechanical tasks Loading/unloading equipment Assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors Construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Experience HVAC schooling or trade school Basic hand tool knowledge Sheet metal or construction experience EPA certification is a plus Benefits Paid holidays Overtime opportunities Career advancement Hands-on training Company uniforms Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
