Position Overview:

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the service, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of residential heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is experienced in troubleshooting, customer communication, and performing high-quality service work in occupied homes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems including gas furnaces, condensers, central air systems, heat pumps, mini-split systems, air handlers, boilers, and thermostats. Troubleshoot electrical controls, low voltage wiring, capacitors, contactors, motors, and related HVAC components. Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC equipment. Interact with homeowners professionally to explain repairs, system issues, and service recommendations clearly. Communicate daily with the office regarding scheduling, job requirements, parts, and job summaries. Maintain a clean company vehicle, organized job site, and professional appearance. Complete assigned work efficiently while meeting customer expectations. Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer information. Follow all company, industry, and customer safety standards and procedures at all times

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC service, repair and install experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrate communication and excellent customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record. License preferred (preferred, not required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment safely.
