Yearly Performance Reviews:
We believe in continuous improvement and offer yearly performance reviews to ensure you're on track and rewarded for your hard work. Essential Responsibilities Install, diagnose, and maintain HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job. Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors. Properly completes all paperwork required for each job. Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner. Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs. Represents Glasco in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
CT HVAC License (S, D, or B license) Prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity. Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers. Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed. Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required. Must be able to work on a ladder. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED Minimum of three years field experience and formal training, as well as EPA certification. Valid, clean driver's license. Professional set of tools. Physical ability to perform all requirements associated with this position. #
