Our focus is on delivering reliable, full-scope facility management that safeguards assets, tenants, and budgets. Overview We are seeking a dynamic Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems across various properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality and climate control, contributing to the overall safety and comfort of building occupants. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and HVAC design plans to accurately troubleshoot issues. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent failures and extend lifespan. Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for mechanical repairs. Assist with property maintenance tasks involving HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems. Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport tools or equipment between sites. Experience Proven service technician experience in HVAC or related mechanical fields. Knowledge of construction principles and property maintenance best practices. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design concepts, refrigeration systems (including ammonia refrigeration), and plumbing. Mechanical knowledge including boiler operation, appliance repair, welding, and equipment repair. Field service experience with air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical issues.
