Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of delivering top notch comfort solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities :
Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and various HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnace, air conditions, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute HVAC projects effectively. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the work performed and any recommendations for improvement. Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Stay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices. Always adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualficiations:
High school diploma or equivalent: completion of HVAC training program or equivalent. Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by state regulations. Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Plumbing experience is a plus. Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles related to HVAC. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on demand. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
