What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance, safety, and quality standards Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective action Serve as a technical resource for field technicians, offering coaching and guidance when needed Verify system performance, airflow, refrigerant charge, and controls operation Ensure all work aligns with F.H. Furr quality standards, manufacturer specs, and industry best practices Document findings clearly and professionally Represent F.H. Furr with a customer‑first, solutions‑focused mindset What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic depth Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, controls) Proven ability to troubleshoot non‑routine, high‑level technical issues Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred) Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality Strong communication skills—calm, clear, and professional Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Join F.H.
