Role:

As a Lead Installer at Barkley Heating & Air LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HVAC solutions to our valued customers in Smyrna, DE. Join our team and take the lead in installing heating and cooling systems that ensure comfort and efficiency in homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:

Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance team performance and skill development. Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate installation plans. Install and test heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and gather feedback. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation. Valid EPA certification. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
