HVAC Installer/Helper

Big Red Services has an immediate opening for an HVAC Installer / Helper to assist with the installation, replacement, and service of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position is ideal for someone with approximately 3 years of HVAC experience who is looking to continue developing their skills and advance their career in the trade. Responsibilities include assisting lead technicians with the installation and replacement of Forced Air Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits, Gas Furnaces, Oil Burners, Boilers, and new construction projects involving ductwork. The successful candidate will help ensure all installations are completed safely, professionally, and according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience Basic knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and service procedures Experience working with residential HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
