Lead HVAC Install Technician

We are local GROWING Business, we have Mostly residential accounts & some commercial accounts. We do New Construction, remodels, and ductwork. As we grow we are looking to have the right people in place so it grows the right way. Strong, and organized. We dont expect you to know everything, we just expect to be called with questions to make it perfect. We like our brand and handle it with pride. We are very close as a team, and we get very busy during summer. We are looking for a lead installer with tools, a good driving record, a good back ground check, and whos hungry to work and make top $$$$ Need Good Listening skills, Has good work ethic. Willing to get the job down. We have a great thing going and hope to find the right person to fit our team. We have breakfast every Friday morning with a company meeting.
