We are looking for an HVAC helper where you will play a vital role in supporting skilled technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Duties Assist experienced HVAC technicians with installing and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Support the setup and operation of HVAC equipment according to schematics and technical specifications. Help with the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems, including plumbing and refrigeration components. Follow safety protocols during field service tasks and ensure proper handling of refrigerants like ammonia refrigeration systems. Requirements Prior experience or training in construction or service technician roles is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical components. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while supporting installation or repair projects. Strong communication skills.
