Job Description
Join Our Growing Team! Matos AC Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities ✔ Perform routine HVAC maintenance and inspections ✔ Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems ✔ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues ✔ Identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades ✔ Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers ✔ Complete service reports and documentation accurately ✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ✔ Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications ✔ Minimum 2 years of HVAC service and maintenance experience preferred ✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills ✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude ✔ Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions What We Offer ✅ Competitive hourly pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience ✅ Commission opportunities on qualified sales and recommendations ✅ Company vehicle (if applicable) ✅ Ongoing training and career development ✅ Supportive team environment ✅ Opportunities for advancement Why Work With Matos AC Heating & Cooling?
