Red, White & Cool Florida is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician who excels in both technical service and customer communication. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who can diagnose and repair systems, identify replacement opportunities, and help homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort and energy efficiency. We focus on honesty, professionalism, and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance and system evaluations Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control issues Present repair and replacement solutions to homeowners Identify opportunities for HVAC system upgrades and replacements Recommend/Sell Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions including: Air Purifiers UV Lights Whole Home Dehumidifiers Air Filtration Systems Support installation teams as needed Maintain accurate service records and documentation Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians Qualifications 5+ years residential HVAC experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Sales aptitude and confidence discussing repair vs. replacement options Strong work ethic and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Pay Rate (est $90,000 -$120,000 w/ comm +Bonuses) Sales Commissions Performance Bonuses 401k
