This role is responsible for the professional installation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As an installer, you will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring that every unit is set up for peak performance and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities System Installation:
System change outs and new construction projects.
Technical Execution:
Brazing refrigerant lines, connecting electrical wiring, and installing thermostats and control systems.
Quality Assurance:
Perform start-up tests to verify proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and system pressure.
Compliance:
Ensure all installations adhere to local building codes, EPA regulations (specifically regarding refrigerant handling), and safety standards.
Customer Interaction:
Walk homeowners through their new system's operation and maintenance, maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
Qualifications Experience:
Preferred experience with new construction and residential change outs.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment like vacuum pumps and manifold gauges, using technology like Housecall Pro is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces (crawls/attics), and climb ladders.
Reliability:
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Compensation 401k match Competitive hourly or piece rate
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
