Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties Conduct system diagnostics using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, to ensure optimal operation and longevity Engage directly with customers to assess needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and close sales opportunities for HVAC products and services Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, with a strong understanding of construction processes Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance and installations.
