HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation
• Collaborate and oversee team members to complete projects efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC/R codes and regulations
• Experience as a service technician is a plus
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices is beneficial
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with change outs; mini-splits, full units, ductwork, etc.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
